Return & Refunds
Due to the nature of food products, returns are handled carefully to maintain hygiene and safety standards.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if:
The product is damaged during transit
Incorrect product received
Expired product delivered
You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery with proof (images/videos).
2. Non-Returnable Conditions
For safety and hygiene reasons:
Opened or consumed food items cannot be returned
Products without original packaging are not eligible
Returns due to taste preference are not accepted

3. Refund Process
After verification:
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
Refund will be credited to the original payment method
COD refunds may require bank details
4. Replacement Option
In certain cases, we may offer a replacement instead of refund.
