Return & Refunds

Due to the nature of food products, returns are handled carefully to maintain hygiene and safety standards.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged during transit

  • Incorrect product received

  • Expired product delivered

You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery with proof (images/videos).

2. Non-Returnable Conditions

For safety and hygiene reasons:

  • Opened or consumed food items cannot be returned

  • Products without original packaging are not eligible

  • Returns due to taste preference are not accepted

3. Refund Process

After verification:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method

  • COD refunds may require bank details

4. Replacement Option

In certain cases, we may offer a replacement instead of refund.
